Deposits and limits

DEPOSITS

Deposits are taken by our professional RAI staff directly by car pick-up using preauthorization on card – blocked amount is released when the car is returned.  

The amount of deposit depends on the vehicle class:

ECONOMY CLASS: 

(exception is Audi A1 with deposit 500 EUR)

250 €

MIDDLE CLASS: 

(exceptions is Audi A4 with deposit 1000 EUR)

350 – 650 €

HIGHER LUXURY CARS: 
1000 – 3000 €

SUV 4x4:
1000 – 5000 €

VANS:
650 €

- one day rental
- weekend rental
- monthly rental

Limit km 1 day:
100 km/ day

Limit km weekend:
300 km/ weekend

Limit km month:
5000 km/month

More seats cars:
250 km/den (first 3 days of the rental)

Cancellation Policy

In case of booking cancellation three days before start of the rental - cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price.

When canceling the booking four days before start of the rental - cancellation fee is 10% of the rental price, min 50 Eur.

In the event that a customer makes a new reservation within the next month, full amount of the cancellation fee will be refunded (note: under condition that the new booking is for the same period as original booking)
